Can you say love wrapped in fur? Even thou he has had a rough start in life, all he wants is love, there is not a mean bone in his little body. I say little because they say he is 2 years old and the day we picked him up, he was only 67 lbs. He has no food aggression; in fact, the only aggression he does have is when he plays. He is just learning to play with the other dogs, but plays with toys and people all day long. We are working on good and bad play. He was not house broken, but has had only one accident in the last three days. We are working on basic commands, and he is a fast learner. Not sure how he is with cats, but he is great with other dogs, and LOVES people. He is full of energy and always ready to play. He would play until he drops, if you would let him. He does not need feel the need to be the alpha dog, hangs back from the pack, but follows with interest.

He did test positive for heartworm and has a slight cough.  Once he gains weight, we will begin his heartworm treatment.  

He is very underweight. He is eating good and has been putting on weight. I made fat balls and he is getting 2 a day
