Ms Kandi has spent the first 4 years of her life, living in a cage as a breeder at a puppy mill. Her front legs bow from living 24/7 in a cage, but cause her no pain...just cosmetically grew wrong. She is super sweet, but very scared of people. She has zero aggression to humans though....just is afraid of them.
She will require a very special and patient person to adopt her to show her, humans are good. She is doing much better in her foster home already. She never potties in her crate. She rarely potties in the house, unless she finds a towel on the ground.
She LOVES other dogs and they make her feel safe and more comfortable.
In the house, she doesn't just hide....she loves to wander around and check things out. But when you approach her she'll hide in a corner. You can pick her up and hold her and she relaxes and calms down. But will go into a corner every time you want to pick her up. She is coming up to foster mom now to sniff and walk away. Improvements!! :-)
