Madison
Miss Madison came to Mastiff Hope as an owner surrender. At 7 years of age, she had been relegated to the garage due to the addition of children, and had become severely underweight from an intestinal disorder and developed crippling arthritis. After months of a good diet, therapy, and lots of love and attention, Madison was finally healthy enough to go to her new family. She was adopted by Leslie and Steve and quickly became a neighborhood favorite. As a nurse in a long-term care facility, Leslie was able to take Madison to work with her and there she quickly became a resident favorite, as well. Recently, Madison developed a tumor on her leg and which, at 9 years of age, ultimately took her life. Madison was a silly, wonderful girl and will always be remembered as an amazing dog who refused to be held back!
